Ibla Buskers

For over twenty years, the Baroque citadel of Ragusa Ibla has been dressing up in magic, transforming into an enchanted stage for the Ibla Buskers Festival. This event, one of the most prestigious in southern Italy, draws artists from every corner of the world and captivates approximately 60,000 visitors each year. Despite its growing success, the festival has managed to preserve its artisanal soul, capable of weaving an invisible alchemy between artists and the public, in the picturesque streets and squares of Ragusa. In just three days, over 70 shows light up the heart of the city, with artists arriving from afar to enchant thousands of spectators. Saturday and Sunday evenings, blessed with favourable weather, saw an extraordinary turnout, with visitors coming not only from all over Sicily, but also from other Italian regions and distant lands such as Spain, the United States, and France. The streets of Ragusa Ibla were filled with voices, smiles, and wonder, as tourists and locals allowed themselves to be enveloped by the magical atmosphere of an experience that will remain in the hearts of all who have lived it.
